Customer service is enhanced by two proprietary systems, the Work Order Entry System, and the Direct to Retail, Distribution and Returns Processing System.
These proprietary, specialized systems allow us, and our customers, to access current distribution, inventory and return status of videos on line. We are able to individually track all customer work orders and follow the flow of products through all stages of the production and distribution cycle. These systems facilitate electronic data interchange with clients for a more effective order processing, execution and reporting process.

Our dedicated facilities, spread across the world from the US to Europe and Asia, are designed to optimize our production capabilities and quality. Our systems include incoming quality control covering all raw materials, in-process quality control covering electrical and mechanical properties as well as disc product content, and outgoing quality control, providing a final product check before shipment.
Producing both DVD and CD products, our quality manufacturing processes are assured through dedicated second-check visual and electronic QC stations which control finished products.
Our Quality Control Systems include ISO 9002 certification, and compliance with class 1000 Clean Room SMIF environment class 100. |
